Millennial Mania: Attracting the Next Generation of Employees and Investors
Have you ever noticed that most of the people telling our industry how to attract millennials aren’t actually millennials themselves? We can’t just wait for the next frothy commodity market. If the mining industry is going to build and operate our mines of the future and raise the capital we need to grow, we must change our approach and engage the next generation.
