About the Panelist
Mick Thomas is a division administrator for the Idaho Department of Lands. He has previously held the roles of secretary to the Idaho Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (OGCC), Idaho Geological Survey advisory board member, Interstate OGCC Council of Regulatory Officials chair, senior geologist for the state of Hawaii, and mid-continent team lead for Devon Energy. Mick earned an MS in Geology from Indiana University.
