About the Panelist
Katie Sweeney is senior vice president of legal affairs and general counsel and corporate secretary for the National Mining Association (NMA). She has been with NMA for 29 years and handles its legal and regulatory environmental, mining, public land, administrative, and corporate law matters. Katie is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and the George Mason School of Law and a trustee of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation.
