Victoria E. Romero is an equity consultant who specializes in coaching administrators, principals, and leaders for sustainable school improvement. Ricky Robertson is a behavior specialist who assists schools in developing systems of support and restorative practices that foster resilience for staff and students. Amber Warner is a licensed clinical social worker with experience working in public schools. Together, they will share how educators can expand their capacity to foster resilience and social emotional development for their students and themselves. They will share a multi-tiered system approach that shows educators how to make whole-school change by integrating trauma-sensitive behaviors and strategies into policies and daily instructional practice.
