Jennifer Macdonald is a Workers' Compensation Claim Manager for Propel Insurance where she provides client consulting on complex workers’ compensation claims. She has over 20 years in the workers’ compensation industry at multiple insurance carriers and third-party administrators and experience in multiple jurisdictions including California, USL&H, and Defense Base Act claims. She holds the Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Fellow,has her Oregon Agent’s Insurance License and is active in Oregon RIMS.
