MINELA COVIC is cross-practice ERP delivery consultant, with an emphasis on implementing Enterprise Resource Planning applications for manufacturing, distribution and service companies. Minela has a deep understanding of best practice business processes related to finance and how to effectively report and track financial data related to a company’s key performance indicators and EBITDA drivers. Minela has demonstrated capabilities in project management, financial process design, training, data migration, financial report writing, and master data related ERP configuration. She supports multiple clients and issues at a given time and is well-versed in business analysis and troubleshooting in the financial workstream, as well as ‘quote to cash’ and ‘procure to pay’. Minela has a Bachelor of Science degree from DePaul University and is a licensed CPA in the State of Illinois.
