DANE GARDNER, Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics is using self-service analytics to digitally transform Carlisle and establish the medium for one single source of truth. Over the past two years, with QAD being the main driver, Dane has utilized Alteryx and Power BI to create and automate cross-functional reporting for the Brake and Friction division. Going forward, he will be tasked with establishing a COE for Carlisle and focus on implementing similar functionality across the remaining divisions. Prior to Carlisle, Dane worked at GE Lighting for 8 years, where he completed the Plant Finance Leadership program, led the implementation of the COPC (SAP) module and became the subject matter expert in Controlling and Product Costing. Dane has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Lake Erie College.
