CARLOS COLMENARES has been involved with QAD for over 20 years. His experience includes management of international teams; management and execution of upgrades, implementation and development projects with local and remote teams; application consulting; business process review and improvement; business requirement gathering, development of functional and technical specifications, code development and testing; database administration; IT and end-user training. He has an undergraduate degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad ICESI in Colombia and an MBA from Illinois State University. Carlos joined Sungate Solutions Inc. in 2016 as a principal consultant.
