Cathy has worked extensively in automotive manufacturing, starting her engineering career at General Motors AC Spark Plug Division in Flint, Michigan. She was involved in several plant start-ups including BMW Manufacturing in Greer, South Carolina. Over the past two decades, Cathy has helped over 500 manufacturing organizations implement integrated management systems to achieve international certification to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
