Dr. Tami Wallace is a long term Neonatal Nurse Practitioner and Educator who has an interest in the long term consequences of prematurity. Renal growth and development are occurring in the NICU as we attempt to treat these infants for a host of other problems. The consequences of renal dysfunction may last well beyond the NICU. Nephrology is an area of neonatology that is growing rapidly.
