Gwendolyn  Turner

     Gwendolyn F. Turner is founder and president of Princeton Proper, a New Jersey-based consulting and advisory firm focused on helping small businesses achieve growth.
Previously, she served as the director of Pfizer's award-winning Worldwide Supplier Diversity program, which developed supplier relationships and procurement opportunities that were advantageous for both Pfizer and for minority and women-owned businesses. She also served as Pfizer’s lead strategist on corporate reputation and external relations with small businesses. In this role, she was responsible for more than $1 billion in procurement contracts with small businesses. Prior to her time with Pfizer, Gwendolyn held positions at Kellogg Company and Kraft Foods.
     She has been featured as a keynote speaker at Dartmouth College's Tuck School of Business, the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, the Institute for Supply Management, Crain’s New York, the Women’s Presidents Educational Organization, the World Bank and The Institute for a Competitive Inner City. Additionally, she has had a number of articles published in both print and digital publications, including Black Enterprise, Forbes, Minority Business Entrepreneur and PINK.
Gwendolyn is the Immediate Past Chairperson of the Women’s President’s Educational Organization, an organization focused on the certification and development of women-owned businesses in New York, New Jersey, Maryland and Washington, DC. She is also the Immediate Past Chairperson and Entrepreneur In Residence at Howard University's Center for Entrepreneurship, which helps students realize their dreams of business ownership.
Gwendolyn also serves as a member of SMB Experts, an Oracle-sponsored panel comprised of today’s SMB thought leaders.
