Jennifer Schwanke has been an educator for 23 years, teaching or leading at all levels. She is the author of "The Principal Reboot: 8 Ways to Revitalize Your School Leadership" and "You're the Principal! Now What? Strategies and Solutions for New School Leaders." In addition to on her blog, she publishes frequently on the Choice Literacy and Lead Literacy websites as well as Education Week Teacher, Principal, and Principal Navigator. She presents at ASCD conferences as well as NAESP, Battelle for Kids, RRCNA, OAESA, and OASSA. She has provided Professional Development to various districts in the areas of school climate, personnel, and instructional leadership. She is an instructor in educational administration at Miami University and has served on several state-level committees and workgroups focused on best practices in school leadership. Schwanke can be heard on several radio and podcast programs, including BAM! Radio, Education Talk Radio, and Principal Matters.
