Erica Flores

Erica Flores is an adjunct professor at the College of Mount Saint Vincent and a ESOL Resource Specialist for the Long Island Region in New York State. Currently, Erica is pursuing a PhD in Curriculum & Instruction at St. John’s University. Her research interests include multicultural education, social justice, and equity for English Language Learners. Throughout her tenure as a K-12 teacher, Erica taught at the secondary level. Erica continues to share her expertise on English Language Learners with both preservice teachers and those within the field of education through her participation in regional and statewide trainings, workshops, and conferences.
