Christoph Jordi leads the Human Factors and Usability activities at Ypsomed. In his role, he oversees the entire process from early stage user research activities until standard-compliant HFE reports for market authorization. Before joining Ypsomed in 2015, Christoph led Human Factors acitivies in different high-reliability industries such as Air Traffic Control, Automotive, and Nuclear Power. He has a bachelor's degree in engineering psychology and received his M.Sc. in Human Factors from Technische Universitat Berlin.
