Tom studied chemical engineering in Antwerp and added a MBA from the university of Sankt Gallen to his resume. After working in the chemical and pharmaceutical sector in Belgium for 3 years he joined SCHOTT in 2008. After different positions in the pharmaceutical product development department he became part of the product management team with focus on the SCHOTT TOPPAC® brand. In this role he works on the strategic orientation and innovation pipeline of the product group.
