Soon after having children of her own, Justine Schuurmans realized just how tough it is for parents with a young family to raise a dog. So, she started The Family Dog, a training company for the whole family, to help parents and children live happily (and safely) with their dogs.
As a former producer/director for Nickelodeon and MTV, Justine has blended her experience in TV with her dog training knowledge to create many groundbreaking dog “infotainment” videos, for families. Her fun, creative and family-friendly techniques have quickly become the trademark of all her online content.
The Family Dog's unique, music video-based training programs are now used by dog trainers worldwide, to educate families in their communities.
