David Ferguson, Ph.D., P.E., BCEE, is a Vide President with Kennedy Jenks in Pasadena, CA, and has 40 years of experience managing water supply and treatment projects. He has managed GAC projects for Eastern Municipal Water District and Golden State Water Company, and IX projects for Santa Clarita Valley Water Agency and Ontario Municipal Utilities Company. David is currently managing three PFAS treatment projects including a GAC system and two IX systems.
