Sercan is a highly motivated water resources engineer at Woodard & Curran experienced in integrated hydrological modeling at the regional or watershed scales, water budget development, groundwater substitution transfers and managed aquifer recharge. He has developed several IWFM applications and has been supporting the development and maintenance of many other groundwater models. He has a strong theoretical background and he is proficient in numerical models, programming, and GIS tools. He prefers using rigorous and effective methods, and logic to tackle complicated engineering problems. Coming from an academic environment, Sercan is a believer in continuous learning and sharing of knowledge.
