During Tony Morgan’s 40-year career he has directed water supply development programs including groundwater exploration, well siting, borehole and surface geophysical survey projects, well design and rehabilitation tasks, groundwater resource management plans, as well as ASR facility siting studies for municipal, industrial, and agricultural interests throughout the western U.S. He is the corporate Market Leader for Water Planning and Development services. Mr. Morgan a Professional Geologist and Certified Hydrogeologist in the State of CA and earned a B.S. and M.A. in Geology from Indiana University.
