Dr. Chin Man Mok, is a Vice President and Principal in the Oakland office of GSI Environmental Inc. He is a licensed engineer and geologist with 35 years of experience in water resources, environmental, geotechnical, and earthquake engineering consulting, especially related to applications of reliability analysis, modeling, and data sciences to water resources problems. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Waterloo and the Rice University. He obtained his graduate degrees from the University of California at Berkeley where he has been teaching groundwater and engineering risk courses occasionally.
