Tim Parker is a technical consultant providing SGMA groundwater management services to public and private sector clients. He is a California licensed Professional Geologist, Certified Engineering Geologist and Certified Hydrogeologist. Tim serves as Advocacy Committee Co-Chair on Groundwater Resources Association of California, Director on California Groundwater Coalition, Director on International Association of Hydrogeologists US Chapter, and Director on National Groundwater Association Scientist’s and Engineer’s Division. He is a principal writer on ISMAR9 Call to Action - Sustainable Groundwater Management Policy Directives (2016), Sustainability from the Ground Up, Groundwater Management in California (ACWA 2011), and co-authored Potential Groundwater Quality Impacts Resulting from Geologic Carbon Sequestration (WRF 2009), and California Groundwater Management (GRA 2005).
