Mr. Keller has over 18 years of experience performing groundwater and modeling studies, including the design and implementation of site-characterization studies to evaluate managed aquifer recharge. He has a broad range of experience in groundwater recharge studies, municipal and agricultural conjunctive use studies, soil aquifer treatment of source water, and regulatory permitting. He has served as the hydrogeologist of record for multiple small- and large-scale aquifer recharge facilities.
