Mr. Gin has 22 years of extensive experience in water resources planning, water supply development, and resources management associated with recharge systems. Gary is LRE’s ASR Practice Leader and is focused on developing operator-friendly recharge systems that are reliable, cost effective, and efficient. Mr. Gin also specializes in conducting integrated water resources and economic studies to determine if future ASR systems will be effective in meeting the water provider’s groundwater management strategies and goals. Currently, Mr. Gin serves as Technical Program Manager for several large municipal ASR Well Programs in AZ and CA, where he is focused on optimizing recharge performance and streamlining management. He is a Registered Professional Geologist in Arizona and Texas.
