Natalie is an environmental scientist with a recent Master of Environmental Science & Management degree from the Bren School at University of California, Santa Barbara. Natalie has technical experience in GIS and a background focusing on water policy issues surrounding the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta. She has most recently been focusing her work efforts on the development of Groundwater Sustainability Plans (GSPs) and annual reports for compliance with the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act.
