David Arrate is the supervisor of the Integrated Modeling Unit in the Statewide Infrastructure Investigations Branch in the Division of Planning. Over the past 14 years he has worked on planning and technical studies on projects such as Sites Reservoir, San Joaquin River Basin-wide Feasibility Study, 2017 CVFPP Update and is the currently leading the Merced River Flood-MAR Reconnaissance Study.
