Ben is a Senior Engineering Geologist in the Sustainable Groundwater Management Office (SGMO) at the Department of Water Resources (DWR). He is part of SGMO’s Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) Review Section and manages the SGMA Portal’s Monitoring Network Module. Ben joined DWR in 2015 in the South-Central Region Office and then started with SGMO in October 2018. Ben received his BS in Geology from Sacramento State and his MS in Geology from Fresno State.
