Michele A. Staples, Esq., is a shareholder in the Irvine office of Jackson Tidus. Ms. Staples has over 30 years’ experience advising and representing agricultural businesses, public and private water suppliers, developers and landowners in water-related matters. She serves as legal counsel to the Agricultural Alliance for Water and Resource Education (“AAWARE”), a trade organization center of the San Diego County Farm Bureau in Borrego Springs, advising on Sustainable Groundwater Management Act compliance and implementation. Ms. Staples serves on the Advisory Board of the California Water Law & Policy Reporter.
