Jenefeness Tucker, MBA is an Award-Winning International Educator to Leaders in Small Business and Education. She has been educating and training leaders for more than 18 years in state and federal government as well as Non-Profit and the private sector. She also has countless hours of experience and demonstrated success in curriculum development. She continuously “exceeds expectations” in delivering content, reviewing outcomes, and effectively communicating with participants resulting in both increased knowledge and improved program capabilities. And she just recently received her Technology Commercialization Certification and gleaned transferrable concepts about marketing high tech products.
Jenefeness earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Global Organizational Management from Wilberforce University (HBCU), and an MBA from Ohio Dominican University. Jenefeness comes with a high level of self-awareness and intellectual horsepower with extensive interpersonal savvy. She is eager to share the concepts she learned while getting her Technology Commercialization Certification while also improving her capacity in the areas of Community Engagement, managing vision and purpose with further self-development. Her expertise will help in supporting the Curriculum Committee in creating and executing effective learning strategies as well as cultivating an ecosystem that values inspiration, innovation and inclusion in effective leadership.
