Mr. Kruse is the Area Director for the UGA SBDC office located in Gwinnett County where he oversees the 6 employee office. He brings over 30 years of management experience including executive management in large and start-up companies to the job. His areas of specialization are business and market development, program management, strategic account planning and general management.
Glenn has an Engineering Degree form Iowa State University and an MBA form the University of Kansas. While pursuing his MBA, he took a class on HR Management which left a lasting impression on the overall expense associated with employee recruiting, training and churn. The presentation he will make is a result of that experience and particularly timely during this period of business expansion in a tight employment market.
