Mr. Hulsey is an international trade consultant and trade financing specialist with the University of Georgia SBDC. Previously, he worked for a large commercial bank serving in various lending and management positions. He also has experience as an independent financial consultant performing acquisition/merger, loan portfolio and credit system analysis for banks and is a REPP member for ExIm Bank for Georgia. Mr. Hulsey was recognized by the Georgia SBDC Network as Consultant of the Year. Additionally, Mr. Hulsey was awarded the Georgia State Star for consulting and honored with the Distinguished Service Award by the America’s Small Business Development Centers.
