Mike Adams

Mike is the Impact, Evaluation & Process Manager for the Missouri SBDC.  His responsibilities include data/impact integrity and analysis, stakeholder reporting, data visualization for stakeholder relations, industry and labor market research, process development and implementation, and program evaluation.  Mike also has over 15 years of experience in workforce development.
 
Mike is not only an experienced survey writer, but also utilizes analytics and data visualization to maximize the ability to make programmatic decisions revolving around the survey topic.  Mike strongly believes that SBDC network impact data can and should be leveraged far beyond quarterly reporting and can be used for internal program/center decisions, new program development, process development and implementation, resource concentration and distribution, and stakeholder relations, among other things.  
 
Mike has been a presenter and educator for many years and has presented at several venues across the state of Missouri on topics that include: data analytics, survey evaluation, SBDC economic impact, workforce development curriculum, and more.  Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in education and a Bachelor of Science in biology, both from Central Methodist University in Fayette, MO.
