Chef Robert Danhi is a consultant for the American Egg Board for foodservice research, education and promotion. As a thirty year veteran of the F&B industry, Chef Robert Danhi has worked as restaurant chef, was a chef-instructor at the CIA, consulted for ten of the Fortune 500 companies, is an award winning Southeast Asian cookbook author and TV show host of Taste of Vietnam. Robert has become an industry thought leader in F&B innovation by co-founding the Flavor360™ software platform. In January 2020 they launched Flavore360 EXPLORE, the first of a suite of apps and cloud-based FlavorSite™ that form an R&D platform to collaborate with your global F&B innovation team to save time, improve data quality, and capture their tribal knowledge into one database.
