Born and raised at the epicenter of French culture and gastronomy Genevieve Kappler has today over 18 years of experience at the service of the coffee industry. She has built quality improvement programs for international organizations in producing countries, Roasting improvement programs for roasters in several parts of the world. Today , Private International Coffee Technologist for Barrie House Coffee , and proprietor of Coffee Private Investigations Agency llc, sourcing green beans and designing roasting profiles for companies in 16 countries worldwide. Her experience from farm to cup and world recognized sensitive sensory skills enable her to provide accurate tests results to reasons of tastes linking these to practical advices and action plans on processing plant/ roasting / blending / brewing. Her ultimate goal is sharing her unwavering enthusiasm and passion for the coffee science and service industry. The core of her work is based on providing valuable information and guidance to roasters and producers willing to take their coffee program to a level of excellence.
