Denis Stedman is a Training Manager at Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services that protect people and vital resources. In his current role, he is responsible for the New Hire Training department and fulfills facilitation of 180+ classes involving 500+ new hires per year. In addition, he provides training, coaching, assessment and performance improvement solutions for Field Associates and Field Leaders across all Institutional Division disciplines and initiatives. Denis has been with Ecolab for 15 years, including 9 years in field sales and 6 years on the Institutional North America Training Team. He received his Bachelor’s degree and master of education at the University of Minnesota.
