Larry Vinson is a Training Manager at Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services that protect people and vital resources. Prior to his role in training, he spent 18 years in multiple field sales roles across the company. For the past 4 years, he has been a training manager for the Institutional North America Training Team, providing training, coaching and guidance to new and experienced sales associates. He received his Bachelor’s degree at Western Carolina University.
