Oliver  Andreini

Chef Olivier Andreini is one of 68 Chefs in the nation to have been awarded the distinguished title of “Certified Master Chef.”  The CMC certification was established in 1981 and is regarded as the highest achievement level of ACF (American Culinary Federation) certification. To receive the “Master Chef” certification, one must demonstrate a career of exceptional performance, be an existing Certified Executive Chef (CEC), provide two letters of recommendation from current CMC’s and have completed additional course work on sanitation and food safety, cost management, management and wine. Once these requirements are met, a candidate endures an eight day exam that tests all facets of culinary skill and knowledge. Chef Andreini passed his exam in 2005. In addition to his recent experience at the Country Club of Landfall in Wilmington, NC and Merion Cricket Club in Haverford, PA, Chef Andreini served as a Professor at the Culinary Institute of America from 1998 – 2008.
