The Culinary spark was ignited with a large Italian Family in NJ. Food & Cooking was always one of his fondest
memories.
Rocco graduated from the ACF Apprenticeship Program in “98” and has remained a member since. He transitioned that Passion for Food into a Role at US Foods as Corporate Chef, where he worked with customers to
create new & innovative products on their platform SCOOP!
Rocco most recently is a Regional Sales Trainer for US Foods, where he is able to Excite, Engage, Entertain & Educate all of US Foods Amazing Food Sellers. He serves as the Host & Emcee for Numerous ACF Events & leverages his Love & Passion for this Industry to Educate & Inspire Others Alike. Rocco currently resides in Florida with his Beautiful wife Marietta & their dog Braziole.
