Rich Sandone is the Director of the Chef 2 Chef team at Nestlé Professional. Rich leads a team of 12 talented chefs who are tasked with being a culinary resource for operators. Rich has been with Nestlé for over 21 years serving in roles such as Account Management and as a Regional Business Manager.
He has been in the food and beverage industry ever since he began as a dishwasher and busboy at the age of 16. His passion for the industry led him to get his BA Degree in Food Service Management from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ.
