Colleen Smith is a researcher with the Georgia Health Policy Center. Smith’s areas of expertise are in monitoring and evaluation design and implementation; qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis, and dissemination; program design and quality improvement; and research design and implementation. Her portfolio of work focusses on maternal and child health, substance use, and mental health. She has professional experience throughout the Americas and Africa.
