Nev Jones PhD is an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the Morsani College of Medicine, University of South Florida and faculty affiliate of the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute. A national expert on Coordinated Specialty Care, she leads or is a co-investigator on multiple early psychosis research projects funded by the Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute, National Disability, Independent Living and Rehabilitation Research Institute and National Institute of Health. She was previously enrolled in a specialized early psychosis program as a patient, and has extensive experience working in peer support and family peer support capacities, in addition to academic, research, training and program development roles. Major areas of recent focus include investigating the discharge and post-discharge experiences of CSC clients and their families, and advancing stakeholder involvement in early psychosis research and policy.
