Dr. Stacey Dixon is the Behavior Supports Director for Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs for BlueCare Tennessee, a Medicaid managed care organization, which is a subsidiary of BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.  She is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 28 years of service to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health conditions. 

Prior to her current position, Dr. Dixon was the Chief Operating Officer at Cloverbottom Developmental Center and the Harold Jordan Center, where she led the transformation of those State-operated Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs) to community-based supports for persons with IDD. She has held both clinical and leadership positions in a variety of service-delivery systems, including Home and Community-Based Services, inpatient and outpatient mental health, academia, Center of Excellence, private practice, and skilled nursing facilities.
