Ashley Kennedy-Shell is a Procurement Manager at The University of South Carolina. A Young Professional, Ashley has embraced multiple opportunities to begin contributing to the Profession. She engages in Committee volunteerism for her local chapter, SCAGPO. Earlier this year, Ashley served The Institute as an Item Writer for the NIGP-CPP exam. Ashley also serves on the Small & Minority Task Force and Contract Administration Committee at the University.
