Mary Sims is Director of Procurement and Support Services for the SC Department of Health and Human Services. Ms. Sims has worked previously at SC Coastal Council, SC DHEC, the University of South Carolina, and was the Director of Procurement at South Carolina State College. She is an active member of SCAGPO, having served as President in 1995. Mary was honored with the James Barnes Award in 1997. She is a member of NIGP, where she serves as an Instructor. Mary has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Webster University.
