Justin Sullivan is the Executive Director of Strategic Sourcing Centers of Excellence for the University of California system. The UC’s Strategic Sourcing Center of Excellence leverages the capabilities and category expertise of professionals based on UC campuses on behalf of the entire system. Prior to joining the System-wide procurement organization in 2013, Justin served as the Director of Strategic Sourcing for the combined UCSF and UC Berkeley Strategic Sourcing team. Prior to Higher Education, Justin spent 10 years with Ariba, helping global companies apply technology to strategic sourcing and procurement. Justin also served as a Policy Analyst for the U.S. Office of Management and Budget during the Clinton Administration.
