Joe Guy is the Procurement Manager for the Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County. He has spent the last twenty-two years in the procurement profession after earning his degree from Northern Arizona University. His career started in the private sector working for both start-ups and Fortune 100 companies. The last nine years have been in the public sector working for Maricopa County and the Judicial Branch. He has focused a large portion of his time on the execution of high dollar, long term technology contracts for his customers. Through his experience with very successful and some very disastrous solicitations and contracts, he has developed a model that helps to guide his customers to the best possible solutions.
