Theresa Webb holds CPPO, CPPB, CPSM and Lifetime C.P.M. certifications. Theresa is a current member of NIGP, FAPPO, the Tampa Bay Area Chapter of NIGP and the Sarasota Bay Area Chapter of NIGIP. She has served NIGP in serval roles including member of the Member Council, member of the Talent Council, on Best Practice Task Forces, and on the content team for development of new NIGP courses. She has previously served on the ISM Survey on Business panel, the LINCS Advisory Board for the St. Pete College Supply Management Certification program, as President of the Tampa Bay Area Chapter of NIGP and numerous other boards and committees. Theresa has Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business. She has over 25 years of experience in procurement in the private sector in the retail, sporting goods, aerospace, and chemical industries and over 15 years in public sector procurement. Theresa is Procurement Official for Manatee County (Florida) with leadership responsibilities over the procurement of all goods, services, capital improvement and construction.
