Janelle Jobe

Ms. Janelle Jobe is Green Electronic Council’s Director of Purchaser Resources and oversees global relationship management with large-scale purchasers, both public and private sector, providing purchasers scalable tools and resources and recognizing their efforts in sustainable ICT procurement. She also leads GEC’s initiatives to leverage information technology, data governance and systems management as a way to improve the procurement function. Ms. Jobe brings 12 plus years of experience leading and delivering large scale IT projects and has worked with CIOs and senior leadership teams of U.S. Federal agencies including Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH) and General Services Administration (GSA) along with international governments, nonprofits, and private sector enterprises. Ms. Jobe is a certified PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Change Practitioner (CCMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO). Along with Washington DC being her hometown, Ms. Jobe is the Director of GEC’s Washington, DC office.
