Sherry Cochran-Schmees is the Purchasing Analyst/Surplus Property Manager for the City of Oklahoma City. She has worked for the City for 5 ½ years in the Finance Department/Procurement Division. Prior to coming to the City, Sherry worked in Event management, communications and outside sales. Sherry has a BA in Journalism/Public Relations. Sherry is a Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB), and a CPO with the State of Oklahoma. She is currently a national member of NIGP and a local member of OKAPP.
