Ireyan J.  Clark-Sam, JD, L.L.M.

Ireyan is an attorney with over a decade of experience as a municipal attorney, judicial law clerk and private practitioner. She holds a juris doctorate from Southern University Law Center and a master of laws from Vermont Law School. She is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States and is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association (LSBA). She serves as a LSBA Diversity and Professionalism Facilitator and is the 2018 Diversity Award Recipient. She is a member of the National Procurement Institute, Inc., National Institute of Governmental Purchasing, Inc., Public Risk Management Association, Southeast Texas Association of Public Purchasing and Texas Public Purchasing Association. The native of New Orleans, Louisiana is married to her soulmate, pal and friend - Kenneth W. Sam. They are the proud parents of Pharaoh Kennedy (PK) Sam - an eight pound mixed breed Chihuahua.
