Jan Siderius is a citizen of the Netherlands currently residing in New York City. Jan has been a researcher and speaker in public procurement in Europe and the United States for 20 years, with a specialty in Best Value Procurement methodologies. His NIGP webinar on Best Value in the fall in 2018 attracted 800 participants, more than 80% of which indicated that the webinar helped them to better incorporate community goals and objectively measure the ability of the suppliers to meet these criteria. Jan is the Founder of Negometrix, a web-platform specialized in supporting public procurement.
